So be careful. The “Automatic key comic info” feature, introduced early November, has proven to be enormously popular… BUT it is also easily THE most controversial feature that we have ever introduced to any of our software titles! They this shop is going to try to get your money any way. So I caution you to avoid this shop for preorders. I find this to be a poor response for a business. And it's also not uncommon for them to respond with more caddy nonsense. Including the 10%.nI've read through various other reviews and see this isn't a wholly uncommon issue with this shop. I have since gotten the figures in hand for less than the original charge of this order. After a caddy exchange I was charged 10% for the order cancellation. Which is confusing since said item wasn't actually in stock. I was told there is a 10% order cancellation/restock fee. That was already released and available elsewhere. I had to email the shop for an explanation and was told they were waiting on a figure. And I had yet to receive any sort of shipping information. Imagine my frustration at seeing the very items I preordered available on the shelf at Target. But I (wrongly) assumed the shop would receive the figures at release since they are a collector shop and have direct access to the distributor. The prices were higher than retail which I find is fairly common in comic and collector shops. I'd caution against preordering anything from them.nI preordered 3 action figures scheduled for March release.
